APPLICATION
Used in polyester and its blended fabrics brightening, and appalicable in both exhause and padding dyeing,
 this product is of high light fastness (grade 7-8), excellent stability against acid, alkali, hard water,
 peroxide and chlorite bleaching. This item is close to Uvitex EBF(Huntsman).

USAGE
1, Exhaust dyeing under high temperature
    Dosage:EBF L , 0.1-1.0% o.w.f.
    Dispersant: 0.5-1g/l
    Acetic acid adjustment
   PH=4.5-5.5
   Temperature: 120-130℃;
   Time: 20-40min
2, Continuous padding 
    Dosage: EBF L , 2-10g/l.
   Other auxiliaries: xg/l
   Temperature: 180-185℃
   Time:30sec.
   Dip&squeeze: pick up 60-100%

3,Single-stage optical brightening&resin finishing
   Dosage: EBF L 1-10g/l
   Silicone softener: 10-40g/l
   Resin (melocol): xg/l
   Resin catalyzer: xg/; 
   Baking time: 130℃×1min
   Dip&squeeze: pick up 40-60%
   Cure time: 160-185℃×2-3min

STORAGE&PACKING
    Shelf time under room temperature:12months, 
    Packing in 25kgs plastic drum or as per customer’s request.
